Manhattan-based writer Tara Clancy is the author of Off-Off Broadway productions Machetes & Maracas, The Geriatric Set, Achilles and Free Sample, and Channel Rat, which she performed at the NY Fringe Festival.
She has taught writing to teenagers at the Harvey Milk School and to a wide range of age groups throughout the city. A third-generation bartender and native New Yorker (born and raised in Queens), she is also a licensed tour guide for the City of New York.
